TL;DR

Campaign Manager (Mobile App Acquisition): Building and scaling paid user acquisition strategies for hirify.global 2 with an accent on ROAS and Gen Z audience engagement. Focus on establishing UA infrastructure from the ground up and optimizing campaigns across TikTok, Snapchat, and Meta.

Location: Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark (Hybrid: one work-from-home day per week)

hirify.global is an international game studio behind social dress-up games designed for a predominantly young female audience.

What you will do

  • Build and scale paid mobile app acquisition efforts across TikTok, Snapchat, Meta (Instagram), and Apple Search Ads.
  • Drive performance with a ROAS-first mindset by setting targets and iterating quickly based on results.
  • Establish the User Acquisition (UA) function from the ground up, defining strategy and infrastructure.
  • Utilize AppsFlyer to track attribution and analyze campaign data for actionable insights.
  • Analyze creative performance and collaborate with art and community teams to optimize assets.
  • Evaluate and test new ad networks and platforms, such as Unity Ads, to expand the acquisition mix.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience in a results-accountable role.
  • Proven experience in mobile app acquisition, including install and re-engagement campaigns and mobile attribution.
  • Deep familiarity and a proven track record of marketing to Gen Z women and girls.
  • Direct, independent experience with AppsFlyer.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two of: TikTok for Business, Snapchat Ads, or Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Apple Search Ads or a strong track record in app store acquisition.
  • Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Copenhagen, Denmark.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the gaming, fashion, or social app space.
  • Familiarity with additional mobile ad networks like Unity Ads.
  • Personal interest in youth culture, fashion, or social games.
