What you will do

• Lead client strategy and maintain dialogue with stakeholders to align business objectives with campaigns.
• Drive the commercial growth of the programmatic department and shape the company's offering.
• Lead and manage a team of specialists based in Aarhus, acting as a senior sparring partner.
• Manage commercial projects and pitches from a media strategy and programmatic perspective.
• Oversee media planning and execution across various ad-tech platforms.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, including media planning and ad ops.
• Proven track record of execution in ad-tech platforms (GMP experience preferred).
• Experience in client-facing roles and cultivating strong professional relationships.
• Strong background in digital advertising across various platforms and channels.
• Collaborative mindset with high ambitions for personal and team growth.
