Location: Bastrop, TX. Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to conform to U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR).

What you will do

• Conduct SQL-based analyses to identify customer issues and provide actionable recommendations to change outcomes.
• Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards to quantify operational health and influence change.
• Develop automation to mitigate business risks and create efficiencies within Starlink Customer Operations.
• Own data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality for the Customer Operations team.
• Collaborate with software development teams to improve data capture and identify front-end requirements.
• Support new market launches and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in reporting and analytics within customer operations, supply chain, or consulting.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency).

Nice to have

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or R.
• Advanced understanding of database structures, query optimization, and ETL development.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup or consulting environments.
• Experience with customer operations tools such as ticketing and account management systems.
