What you will do
- Drive product growth by improving key metrics across acquisition and activation funnels.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and feedback to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Generate and prioritize hypotheses, participate in A/B testing, and measure impact on conversion and monetization.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, analytics, and research teams to achieve impactful business results.
Requirements
- Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English
- 2+ years of experience in a growth-focused role (e.g., Growth Product Manager, Product Manager).
- Hands-on experience with growth metrics, A/B testing, and product analytics.
- Basic understanding of design principles and copywriting strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Work experience in B2C growth marketing (EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based products preferred).
- Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Hands-on experience with Meta campaigns.
