What you will do

  • Lead high-volume creative testing at scale and collaborate with the creative team to optimize assets based on performance trends.
  • Run and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns (Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube) to deliver sustainable DTC acquisition.
  • Own and monitor performance KPIs using BI tools to transform data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Track industry and competitor trends to identify new creative directions, funnels, and propositions.
  • Implement internal automation and analytics solutions, such as scripts and autorules, to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in DTC, preferably with subscription-based apps.
  • Proven track record of managing $1M+ annual budgets while maintaining LTV/CAC and ROI targets.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads campaign types, specifically Demand Gen, GDA, and YouTube.
  • Experience in running structured, high-volume creative testing and developing repeatable frameworks.
  • English: B2 or higher proficiency required.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, GA4, and data visualization platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience with other DSPs such as Applovin.
