What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of paid campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit.
• Set objectives, target audiences, manage budgets, and achieve ROAS targets.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance using Looker, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leaders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for growth opportunities and experimentation.
• Manage ad spend, reporting, purchase orders, and invoices.

Requirements

• 3+ years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation; 1+ year in B2B software.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Looker Studio, Google Analytics.
• Proven communication of results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with ad content and creative development.
• High attention to detail in financial and performance data.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple projects.
