What you will do

• Manage a designated portfolio of multi-location accounts as the primary technical and business point of contact.
• Coordinate complex customer projects, including onboarding new locations and executing mass data changes.
• Analyze customer workflows and site setups to identify gaps and implement efficiency-improving solutions.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices to maximize the value of Mindbody solutions.
• Liaise between customers and internal development teams or third-party developers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track customer engagement metrics and milestones to maintain and drive account recurring revenue (ARR).

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
• Essential experience with Mindbody software.
• 3+ years of experience in high-level, client-facing technical support or service roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations and handle high-stress escalations professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with basic SQL.
• Knowledge of Application Integration Programming (API).
• Experience with Partner Solutions or Datashare implementation.
• Project management or coordination experience.
