What you will do

• Assemble and trim carbon fibre and composite components.
• Perform strip down, inspection, and repairs after events, reporting faults to meet tight deadlines.
• Work from technical drawings and patterns for accuracy.
• Support repair and maintenance of carbon fibre and GRP panels.
• Prepare components for painting and final fitment.

Requirements

• Educated to technician level with thorough understanding of bodywork, composites, motorsport, or related field.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and follow build documentation.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Skilled in multitasking and prioritising in time-sensitive environments.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as panel technician, road car mechanic, or motorsport technician.
