Project Scheduler

TL;DR

Project Scheduler (EPC): Develop and maintain contract-stage schedules from award through close-out, integrating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning into a single coherent plan with an accent on CPM analysis, float management, and risk mitigation. Focus on preparing progress reports, S-curves, deviation analyses, and advising Project Directors on strategies for complex multi-discipline projects.

Location: Hybrid (home office possible 2 days a week)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain contract-stage schedules from award through close-out, integrating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Apply CPM analysis and float management to identify risks and opportunities, advising Project Directors on mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and deviation analyses for internal and contractual audiences.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, maintain as-built schedules documenting baseline versus actual execution.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of Project Schedulers and provide schedule representation with external partners and clients.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written proficiency in English
• 3+ years in project scheduling within an EPC environment, with solid knowledge of civil and plant business across the full lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with solid MS Office skills and knowledge of PM methodologies.
• Ability to apply CPM and float management to complex multi-discipline schedules and translate data into clear recommendations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
