Hybrid in Veneto, Italy – field sales requires in-person meetings in your territory.

What you will do

  • Identify potential customers through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet customers in person to understand needs, build trust, and provide positive experiences.
  • Apply sales strategies to close deals and hit targets consistently.
  • Master product knowledge and deliver market feedback to improve offerings.
  • Maintain client relationships, upsell/cross-sell solutions, and manage post-sales activities.
  • Participate in team meetings, manage client portfolio, and represent the brand in territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in commercial role with short sales cycles (payments, banking, B2B, or SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record of hitting targets in Field Sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for small businesses, dynamic environments, technology, and proactive mindset.
  • Strong team player with resilience to overcome objections.

Nice to have

  • Experience in payments, banking, B2B, or SaaS.
