What you will do
- Identify and engage Enterprise prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting and build ROI cases using a challenger mindset.
- Uncover complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and buying committees.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives for the smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Develop expertise in HR, wellness, and people trends to act as a trusted consultant.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience in sales (mandatory).
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills.
- Proactive, coachable, and goal-driven mindset.
