What you will do

• Execute commercial strategies in collaboration with the Managing Director and Key Account Managers.
• Identify and optimize high-value business opportunities through targeted customer selection criteria.
• Manage client and prospect relationships throughout the full sales and post-sales cycle.
• Prepare and coordinate contractual documentation related to acquiring services.
• Manage the setup and configuration of acquiring parameters, gateway settings, and merchant onboarding.
• Resolve operational issues related to payment flows and transaction processing.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related business/technology discipline.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to assessing business opportunities.
• Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in fintech and commercial strategies.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Milan, Italy.
