Senior Analyst Regulated Lending - Relationship (Agribusiness Banking): Provide prudential and client relationship support to Account Managers in rural banking with an accent on regulated lending under National Credit Code, comprehensive CDD risk analysis, AML/CTF, and KYC compliance. Focus on preparing complex loan applications, executing branch prudential tasks, liaising for settlements, and mentoring junior analysts.

Location: On site Perth (AU). Applicants must hold valid work rights for this role.

What you will do

  • Support Account Managers in handling new and existing National Credit Code (NCC) clients across states.
  • Prepare complex loan applications independently or as part of a deal team.
  • Perform CDD risk analysis, AML/CTF, KYC, and prudential management tasks.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for prompt documentation and settlements.
  • Monitor loan arrears, conduct client reviews, and manage NCC client portfolios.
  • Mentor junior analysts and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Requirements

  • Valid work rights for Australia.
  • Degree in Finance or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in banking, finance, or agriculture.
  • Strong knowledge of prudential management, AML/CTF, KYC, and risk analysis.
  • Understanding of complex client structures.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
