What you will do

• Design and deliver immersive product demonstrations showcasing value across web, mobile, and app experiences.
• Lead discovery sessions and technical deep dives using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks.
• Own and execute Proof of Value (PoV) engagements emphasizing business impact and time to value.
• Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless buying journey.
• Advise customers on behavioral analytics, content optimization, and conversion insights.
• Engage technical stakeholders on architecture, SDK deployment, tag governance, and API integration.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English language (written and verbal) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, including 3+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
• Domain expertise in analytics, digital experience platforms, or adjacent MarTech/UX technologies.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, JS, APIs, SDKs, Tag Management, and mobile frameworks.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
• Demonstrated comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) for professional workflow acceleration.
