What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-native products from prototype to scalable production services with high velocity.
• Architect and build core AI components including LLMs, vector DBs, prompt tuning, and agentic frameworks.
• Implement core agent capabilities such as MCP, cross-platform tool use, web browsing, and computer use.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new AI technologies to maintain industry leadership.
• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into technical architecture.
• Act as a technical thought leader, educating the team and sharing best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production-grade systems.
• Proven experience shipping AI-native products or demonstrable passion through significant personal AI projects.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment.
• Deep ownership mindset and a strong bias for action to see projects through to completion.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with LLMs and agentic systems.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Langchain, or MLFlow.
• Advanced understanding of the probabilistic systems underpinning modern LLMs.
• Experience building AI products in accuracy-sensitive domains such as finance.
