What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Applied Scientists and AI/ML Engineers to foster technical excellence.
• Define the technical strategy for AI/ML solutions extracting value from CRM and unstructured data.
• Design autonomous agentic workflows and real-time reasoning engines for the AI-native CRM.
• Drive LLMOps strategy in partnership with the AI Platform team to ensure robust deployment.
• Act as a technical authority, shaping the AI engineering roadmap and setting standards for the modern AI stack.
• Balance high-impact individual contribution on critical systems with effective team leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of applied science or engineering experience in high-scale production environments.
• Must possess the legal right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Deep expertise in modern AI engineering, including agentic system orchestration (e.g., LangGraph), RAG, and vector databases.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling technical teams and mentoring senior talent.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), distributed systems, and data engineering pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex scientific choices into tangible product improvements.
