What you will do
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors and key retail customers across assigned CEE markets
- Drive business growth, identify new opportunities and build long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute customer/market plans aligned with category strategy
- Lead business reviews, negotiations, strategic workshops and full sales/negotiation cycles
- Ensure execution of category priorities, promotions and innovation launches
- Analyze sell-in/sell-out data for insights, monitor performance and collaborate with marketing, supply chain and finance
- Manage promotional budgets, prepare reports/forecasts and support export business development
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, ideally international or multi-market
- Experience with distributors and/or modern trade/retail customers
- Fluent English essential
- Strong analytical skills with sales data and financial metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple markets and priorities
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the region
