Key Account Manager for Eastern and Southern Europe: Manage and develop business relationships with distributors and key retail customers across CEE markets including Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and the Balkans with an accent on driving sustainable growth, identifying new commercial opportunities and executing category strategies. Focus on leading business reviews, negotiations, promotional launches and translating sales data into actionable recommendations.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop relationships with distributors and key retail customers across assigned CEE markets
  • Drive business growth, identify new opportunities and build long-term partnerships
  • Develop and execute customer/market plans aligned with category strategy
  • Lead business reviews, negotiations, strategic workshops and full sales/negotiation cycles
  • Ensure execution of category priorities, promotions and innovation launches
  • Analyze sell-in/sell-out data for insights, monitor performance and collaborate with marketing, supply chain and finance
  • Manage promotional budgets, prepare reports/forecasts and support export business development

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, ideally international or multi-market
  • Experience with distributors and/or modern trade/retail customers
  • Fluent English essential
  • Strong analytical skills with sales data and financial metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently across multiple markets and priorities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across the region
