What you will do

• Define and drive growth strategy for Home and emerging categories across SEE in alignment with HQ directives.
• Lead sell-out initiatives and deliver executional excellence to retail partners and internal teams.
• Conduct product and sales training for retail staff, focusing on market trends and high-impact techniques.
• Identify and scale best-in-class in-store execution practices with local sales and marketing teams.
• Analyze competitive positioning and consumer behavior to recommend tailored winning strategies for each country.
• Collaborate with General Management, Sales Heads, and HQ Category Leads to drive commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Solid experience in the juvenile industry, ideally with Home and related product categories.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in commercial roles with a proven sales track record.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of SEE languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
