Location: Remote or hybrid (Central European offices). Must be based in Czechia or Central Europe.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 customers as a trusted advisor and industry expert.
- Drive strategy, growth, and value at every stage of the client cooperation.
- Ensure the Engagement product delivers consistent value aligned with client goals and strategy.
- Educate clients on industry trends and best practices to challenge the status quo.
- Take full end-to-end ownership of client relationships to ensure win-win outcomes for both sides.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of work experience, with 2+ years in B2B SaaS focused on online retail, e-commerce analytics, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of analytical concepts and ability to define crucial KPIs for decision-making.
- Familiarity with performance marketing, marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, and customer segmentation.
- English: Working proficiency required.
- Russian: Highly valued.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce business models and current industry trends.
Nice to have
- Experience in media or advertising agencies.
- Proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish.
