What you will do
- Build and lead the Partner Growth function from scratch, including strategy, team structure, and operational workflows.
- Develop scalable growth strategies for partners, creators, and agencies across international markets.
- Own partner performance metrics to increase engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Build lead generation pipelines and optimize outbound partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to improve partner experience and launch growth initiatives.
- Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing Partner Growth team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
- Experience building new systems in fast-growing, high-load environments.
- Ability to analyze large-scale performance data to uncover growth levers.
- Expertise in driving experimentation culture via A/B testing.
