What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end payroll lifecycle for US, Australia, and international locations via PEO partners.
  • Maintain employee data including onboarding, terminations, and compensation changes.
  • Verify timesheets, PTO, overtime, and deductions before PEO submission.
  • Coordinate transitions between PEO providers, including data migration and validation.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries in NetSuite.
  • Drive scalable workflows to support rapid global headcount growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in US and International payroll administration, preferably through a PEO.
  • Hands-on experience with PEO providers such as ADP, Vensure, Insperity, TriNet, or Mazars.
  • Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
  • Must be based in the United States to handle US-specific payroll and benefits (401K).

Nice to have

  • Proven experience managing a transition between PEO providers, including data migration.
