Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA. Must be based in the US and have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Salary: $192,000–$260,000 OTE

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners in the LATAM region.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with company strategic objectives and pipeline goals.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for new partner launches and promotions.
• Track partner performance, manage weekly forecasts, and implement joint business plans to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback on regional product-market fit.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns that enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales focusing on LATAM markets.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships in Latin America.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI environments.
• Fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal) is required.
• English proficiency is required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience running channel sales or direct sales.
• Fluency in Spanish.
