Salary: $218,400 to $354,900 (most new hires at $259,400)

What you will do

• Lead product strategy for infrastructure, software enablement, and emerging customer-facing surfaces, connecting technical decisions to customer outcomes
• Build and grow a team of senior product managers, supporting them in complex cross-functional problem spaces
• Establish transparent prioritization philosophy, making trade-offs visible and decisions explainable to all stakeholders
• Partner with development and design, prioritizing security, compliance, and customer experience
• Translate technical complexity into clear narratives for business leaders to secure funding and recognition for platform work

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience, including 5+ years leading and growing PM teams, ideally as Director, Senior Director, or VP of Product at technically deep SaaS company
• Demonstrated experience across platform work from infrastructure and developer tools to customer-facing surfaces
• Strong technical fluency to lead on cloud infrastructure, data platforms, core services, and engage senior engineering leaders
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical complexity for executives, partners, and customers
• Clear prioritization philosophy with transparency, business judgment, customer empathy, and humility
