Salary: $297,000 - $350,000

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform capabilities including APIs, integration rails, and governance.
• Lead teams building the developer platform and strategic integrations to connect hirify.global to the rest of the customer stack.
• Design secure access models and delegation capabilities for humans, applications, and AI agents.
• Partner with admin, security, and platform foundation teams to deliver powerful and safe systems.
• Balance long-term architecture with near-term product delivery and customer needs.
• Manage 4-5 direct reports and oversee the strategy and execution of five R&D teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Expertise in platform, APIs, developer products, enterprise B2B, security, or governance.
• Experience operating in complex enterprise environments with compliance and interoperability requirements.
• Proven ability to align engineering, design, research, data science, and executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or Vancouver offices following an office-centric hybrid schedule.
