What you will do

• Develop an agentic platform in Rails including an SDK, tool use, and orchestration capabilities.
• Build "hirify.global Companion," an AI-first, mobile-first product designed to rethink practice management.
• Create connective infrastructure to ensure intelligence flows seamlessly across all product surfaces.
• Own high-level architecture decisions and solve complex performance challenges.
• Automate tedious workflows and build internal tooling to create leverage for the team.
• Ship and iterate on new AI-powered capabilities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and TypeScript.
• Comfortable working across the full stack without a specific preferred corner.
• Proven track record of shipping a product, company, or side project from scratch that gained actual users.
• Security-conscious mindset, especially regarding sensitive health data.
• Bias toward action and ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native.
• Experience building AI in production, specifically with agents and LLM orchestration.
