Full-Stack Engineer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end from requirements to delivery, collaborating with product and clinical stakeholders.
• Build across the stack for patient apps, pediatrician dashboards, and internal tools.
• Use AI tools to accelerate workflows, experiment with approaches, and share learnings with the team.
• Improve engineering processes including CI/CD, code quality, testing, API, and database design.
• Ship high-velocity, secure code meeting HIPAA standards.
• Invest in personal growth, provide code reviews, and contribute to team improvement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience with proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, React, or Node.js; comfortable across frontend and backend
• Problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity, able to drive from requirements to shipped outcomes.
• AI-native: use AI tools daily and excited to push boundaries.
• Mission-driven with interest in healthcare impact.
• Growth-oriented, collaborative, and proactive in remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated industries like HealthTech or FinTech.
