What you will do

• Lead the architecture for hotel discovery, scoring, and selection surfaces.
• Optimize property ranking using behavioral data, response signals, and LLM reasoning.
• Set the technical bar through rigorous code and design reviews.
• Implement AI-driven product surfaces and define tool and prompt designs.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, data pipelines, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor senior hirify.globalers and provide technical direction for the Groups Shopping team.

Requirements

• Production experience with TypeScript and Node at scale.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Active use of agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) in daily professional practice.
• Deep expertise in AWS (ECS, Lambda) and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
• Proven ability to lead technical direction and communicate effectively across functional levels.

Nice to have

• Deep internal knowledge of TypeScript and Node performance and type systems.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace domains.
• Familiarity with React Native.
• Product-minded approach to hirify.globalering.
