TL;DR
Senior Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails): Building a process automation platform with desktop and web applications focused on scalability, big data handling, and LLM integrations. What you will do
- Write elegant, efficient, and testable Ruby code for backend services.
- Develop and integrate frontend features using JavaScript and Hotwire.
- Cover code with tests, perform manual testing, and review colleagues' work.
- Design, develop, and modify cloud-based systems, focusing on scalability and big data.
- Mentor team members, improve processes, and lead technical initiatives.
- Brainstorm ideas, communicate progress, and learn new technologies including AI/ML.
Requirements
- 5+ years strong experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- Frontend experience with JavaScript and Hotwire.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, automated testing, and development methodologies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (resumes and communication in English)
- Interest or experience in AI/ML integrations and LLM-based workflows.
- Ability to work in CET timezone ±1 hour.
- Experience considering multiple quality dimensions like performance, security, and maintainability.
Nice to have
- Experience with big data databases like ClickHouse or Apache Cassandra.
