What you will do

• Own experiments end-to-end: shape hypotheses, define success criteria, build, ship, and iterate.
• Build full-stack product experiences (frontend, backend, data, and integrations) in a mature TypeScript monorepo.
• Collaborate directly with users and internal stakeholders to refine problem framing and validate assumptions.
• Define a repeatable framework for experimentation that balances learning velocity with quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions that become reusable platform patterns for faster product delivery.
• Drive handoffs for successful betas by documenting interface contracts and transition plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience shipping customer-facing web products across the stack.
• Proven ownership of ambiguous, high-impact problems from concept through deployment.
• Strong product engineering instincts to define problems, simplify scope, and prioritize value.
• Ability to move fluidly between high-level strategy and technical execution.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for a remote, async environment.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for full-time benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience as a technical founder or early engineer at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Experience with AI/LLM agent architectures or ML-backed product features.
• Familiarity with 3D graphics, WebGL, Three.js, or design tools.
