Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States and located in the EST time zone)

Salary: $48,600 - $54,000 (Base)

What you will do

  • Execute the BD Framework within assigned verticals or segments to drive growth.
  • Coordinate and roll out cross-team campaigns, ensuring alignment across industries and personas.
  • Manage BD documentation, playbooks, and content libraries for the sales team.
  • Lead initiatives in contact data clean-up, segmentation, and enrichment to improve targeting.
  • Partner with Sales Ops to define metrics and create dashboards for tracking campaign performance.
  • Coordinate the adoption and scaling of AI tools and automation within BD workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales, BDR, or SDR experience, preferably in SaaS or professional services.
  • Must be based in the United States and work within the EST time zone.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM), SalesLoft, and sales automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for managing multiple campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
