TL;DR

Director, Growth Marketing (SaaS): Leading strategy and execution of acquisition, demand generation, and customer marketing to achieve pipeline and revenue goals with an accent on data-driven insights and full-funnel optimization. Focus on integrating AI and automation into marketing functions, scaling experimentation, and improving forecasting accuracy.

Location: Remote (Must reside in one of the approved US states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across all products to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Own lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes for new logos, cross-sell, and self-serve motions.
  • Manage customer journey touchpoints including email, digital, paid media, and events.
  • Integrate AI and automation to scale experimentation, optimize performance, and improve forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Product, and Finance teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget and provide reporting on key performance metrics and market trends.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B growth experience at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven track record of leading demand generation and customer marketing programs that meet pipeline targets.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, email, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in pipeline management and revenue attribution modeling.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy for driving efficiency and ROI in marketing.
  • Must be based in one of the approved US states; sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) is not available.
