TL;DR
Director, Digital Experience & Performance (DTC Ecommerce): Own the entire digital growth engine including acquisition, onsite experience, conversion, lifecycle, retention, and unit economics ensuring growth is incremental, scalable, and profitable. Focus on driving improvements across UX, content, merchandising, experimentation frameworks, and cross-functional leadership to build trust, scale revenue, and optimize full-funnel economics.
Location: Full-time Remote, must be comfortable working 7:30am – 5:00pm PST. Latin America, Colombia, Mexico.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end site experience across UX, content, merchandising, conversion, and mobile to increase conversion, AOV, and revenue per session.
- Lead customer acquisition strategy partnering with performance teams, ensuring cohesive paid media, landing pages, lifecycle, and onsite experience.
- Own email, lifecycle strategy to accelerate repeat purchase, retention, and lifetime value.
- Manage digital unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margin, and deliver decision-oriented reporting with cohort analysis.
- Establish experimentation framework across acquisition, onsite, lifecycle, pricing, and merchandising to test, learn, and scale initiatives.
- Build CRM and first-party data foundations; act as steward of digital expression partnering cross-functionally with Brand, Finance, Operations, Sales, CX, and Community.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in ecommerce, DTC, or digital growth roles
- Candidate must be comfortable working 7:30am – 5:00pm PST
- Senior-level ownership of performance outcomes
- Proven track record growing sub-scale DTC or ecommerce channel
- Strong unit economics fluency — CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margin
- Deep expertise in lifecycle marketing and acquisition performance
- Experience leading small team
- Data-driven mindset, fast-moving, comfortable with ambiguity, highly collaborative
Nice to have
- Technical fluency across ecommerce platforms, CMS, analytics tools
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
- Experience running A/B tests, QA processes, site releases
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate experimentation and insights
