What you will do

  • Own the email channel end-to-end for client and candidate audiences, managing the campaign calendar and frameworks.
  • Develop triggered and drip programs to move client leads through nurture and conversion to paying customers.
  • Manage email list health, segmentation logic, and database hygiene in partnership with Data teams.
  • Execute candidate lifecycle campaigns, including re-engagement, onboarding journeys, and job alert optimization.
  • Build and maintain workflows and campaign templates within Marketo and Iterable.
  • Analyze performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to translate results into actionable improvements.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Marketo and Iterable.
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience with A/B testing and marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
