What you will do

• Overhaul existing customer communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Transition brand messaging from functional and direct to value-additive and relationship-driven.
• Define the company's personality and tone of voice in partnership with the CEO.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Growth teams to build trust and drive long-tail conversion.
• Produce creative organic content for social media and community platforms like Reddit.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative marketing with a heavy focus on copywriting and organic growth.
• Proven track record with organic channels including email, SMS, and social media.
• Experience working with consumer-facing brands.
• Ability to translate complex, dry, or stressful topics into engaging, human, and accessible copy.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
