What you will do
- Own the end-to-end strategy and optimization of multi-channel lifecycle journeys (Email, Push, In-App) using Braze.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable CRM workflows to drive user conversion and retention.
- Manage the CRM reporting suite, analyzing LTV, ROI, and incremental lift to provide insights to leadership.
- Expand the communication ecosystem by integrating and scaling new channels such as SMS.
- Innovate within the AI and automation space to create new applications for the team and market.
Requirements
- Experience in multichannel CRM environments spanning mobile, email, and web.
- Proficiency with marketing automation software such as Braze or Hubspot.
- Experience using data visualization tools like Looker.
- Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and javascript-type languages (e.g., AMPscript).
- Growth mindset and a strong interest in adopting new technologies.
