TL;DR

Corporate Client Sales Executive (Legal Tech SaaS): Nurturing and expanding relationships with Fortune 500 clients by promoting ELM, CLM, and custom applications with an accent on identifying upsell opportunities and tailoring solutions to client needs. Focus on collaborating with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Client Success teams to drive account growth and ensure seamless adoption.

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA (100% onsite during initial ramp period, then 3–4 days per week in office)

Salary: $70,000 - $140,000 (base $70,000 + commission OTE $140,000)

What you will do

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within accounts by understanding needs and introducing additional products.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Professional Services to tailor solutions for client challenges.
  • Serve as main point of contact for inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Attend industry events to network with clients and stakeholders.
  • Update CRM with account details, forecasts, and interactions; prepare development strategies and reviews.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in SaaS account management or sales focused on growing client relationships
  • Proven track record of building relationships and driving upsells
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to influence stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts
  • Strong problem-solving to address client needs proactively

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
