Salary: $80K – $95K + uncapped commission

What you will do

• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leaders.
• Prospect and convert new medical practices into ongoing referral partners.
• Manage a book of existing accounts to increase referral volume and provider satisfaction.
• Execute strategic territory plans to hit and exceed growth and retention targets.
• Lead in-office visits, practice presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate and timely account activity within HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare field sales, physician liaison, clinical outreach, or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding referral or sales growth targets.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory approximately 75% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participating).
