TL;DR

SMB Account Executive (SaaS): Manage a full portfolio of SMB accounts and drive sales, retention, and growth with an accent on the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Focus on building stakeholder relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and executing strategic account plans to maximize customer value.

Location: Remote (US Only). Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of SMB accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Maintain CRM records, provide pipeline and performance reporting.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for expansion.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS, with proven quota attainment.
  • Experience managing SMB accounts and full sales cycle.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ability to translate technical features to business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Gong, PandaDoc.
  • Ability to analyze account metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling SaaS products.
