TL;DR

Director, Customer Partnerships (School Safety): Managing the customer journey and ensuring optimal utilization of the safety platform for a portfolio of clients with an accent on relationship management, customer satisfaction, and account growth. Focus on driving best practices, managing contract renewals, and identifying upselling opportunities to increase account revenue.

Location: Remote, but must live in Texas, nearby any major city/airport(s). Up to 50% travel required.

What you will do

  • Establish and manage multithreaded relationships with Safety Platform customers in the region as the main point of contact.
  • Drive customer success and satisfaction through proactive virtual and in-person engagement and best-practice implementation.
  • Develop and execute actionable account plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
  • Lead the contract renewal process and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to meet growth targets.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to product and development teams to contribute to platform enhancements.
  • Represent the company at major regional events and host customer roundtables to showcase innovations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a School Superintendent and/or Director of School Safety.
  • Must reside in Texas.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to customer locations and industry events.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and multitasking in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with end users and executive management.
