What you will do

• Schedule patients timely and effectively across multiple offices and modalities
• Demonstrate understanding of modalities offered and site hours of operation
• Handle direct contact with patients and referring physicians
• Represent the practice professionally at all times
• Work in a call center environment

Requirements

• Must work on-site in Farmington, CT
• Experience with scheduling and/or medical billing applications preferred
• Excellent dictation, communication skills, and telephone manner
• Good understanding of ICD coding preferred
• Knowledge of medical insurance preferred
