TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Automotive): Driving revenue growth and product adoption for secure automotive data platforms with an accent on strategic account management and technical program oversight. Location: Remote (Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada)

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Achieve revenue quotas through effective sales strategies, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Lead the onboarding, training, and implementation of new vendor and OEM partnerships.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on performance goals and future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to elevate the customer experience.
  • Monitor product usage trends to proactively engage at-risk customers and minimize churn.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or marketing.
  • Associate degree in Management or Sales required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must prove eligibility to work in the United States or Canada (no Visa sponsorship).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for pitches, business expansion, and industry events.
