District Sales Manager (Mid Atlantic): Manage and support a team of Solution Consultants in the AAC market across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and DC with an accent on strategic territory planning, financial performance, and business development. Focus on coaching teams to meet sales targets, forecasting revenue, and implementing district roadmaps while ensuring alignment with company values and mission.

Location: Must live in the district (Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and DC). Remote options in US-NC, US-SC, US-GA, US-VA with significant travel required to meet customers and team.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic and operational management of district territories, developing roadmaps and supporting key account growth.
  • Coach Solution Consultants to meet financial targets, forecast sales, and manage expenses.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate SCs, monitoring performance and providing professional development.
  • Build customer relationships, identify purchasing trends, and ensure promotional activities like trade shows.
  • Provide field feedback on products/services and adhere to ethics, compliance, and company policies.

Requirements

  • BS/BA preferred or equivalent experience; 3-5 years management or successful sales experience
  • CRM experience, preferably MS CRM/Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, proof of Covid-19 vaccination; eager to travel extensively
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, team collaboration, and remote/in-person team management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and sales metrics analysis
  • Sensitivity to diverse cultures and ability to handle stressful environments
