What you will do

  • Lead and manage analytics engineers by setting priorities, guiding design patterns, and defining delivery expectations
  • Build and implement analytics solutions using Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and Python-based development
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data products including transformations, semantic models, and applications
  • Establish and enforce standards for data quality, validation, performance, reliability, and governance
  • Oversee predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives, ensuring data readiness and workflow integration

Requirements

  • 5+ years data analytics experience, 2+ years leadership, 3+ years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management or payor analytics
  • Deep expertise in SQL (advanced querying, optimization, data modeling) and Python for data transformation and analytics
  • Strong experience with data visualization and translating complex datasets into actionable insights
  • Proven technical leadership, including setting standards, mentoring, and driving best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or healthcare-related field preferred
