What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts with technical direction, deliverable reviews, and problem-solving guidance.
• Define and execute provider analytics roadmap aligned with product and enterprise data strategy.
• Serve as SME in provider data, conducting complex analyses on identity, network status, affiliations, and hierarchies.
• Design scalable analytics workflows using SQL, Python, and Databricks.
• Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Product, Application Development, and Client Success.
• Translate findings into insights, implement process improvements, and evaluate emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years healthcare data analytics experience (provider, claims, network)
• 2+ years in leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics) or equivalent.
• Advanced SQL and Python for production-level code, building datasets for analytics and operations.
• Strong data accuracy, validation, quality focus, communication, and organization skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with Spark or distributed processing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
