What you will do

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to build sophisticated models and identify key insights for complex projects.
• Conduct strategic research from industry reports, legal documents, and academic sources to support recommendations.
• Develop clear reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams, experts, and clients to solve business problems and refine analyses.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and files while auditing work for accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in economics, mathematics, data science, statistics, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, engineering, environmental science or related field (GPA 3.5+ desirable).
• 0-2 years of experience, including internships; expected graduation Dec 2025–Jul 2026.
• Proficiency in Excel; willingness to learn MS SQL Server, R, Python, Stata, SAS, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Databricks, or Teradata.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
