What you will do

• Process, track, monitor, and renew provider licenses and certifications across a nationwide practice.
• Ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate provider data within credentialing systems while upholding confidentiality.
• Coordinate DEA and CDS renewals, including the submission of supporting documentation such as FSMB, FCVS, and AMA profiles.
• Partner with providers, hospitals, leadership, and external agencies to resolve licensing issues and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in provider licensing and credentialing within the healthcare industry.
• Experience with multi-state licensing is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and specialized credentialing software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

• CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) certification through NAMSS.
