What you will do

• Coordinate reader onboarding by managing contractual documentation, CVs, and financial disclosures.
• Manage reader availability, capacity, and scheduling in collaboration with physicians and project teams.
• Maintain and update reader credentials within Salesforce and other required systems.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure adherence to therapeutic and read processes.
• Support read management activities and audits conducted by sponsors or regulatory agencies.
• Assist in maintaining and updating departmental SOPs, work instructions, and QRGs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Project.
• Experience in clinical trials or pharmaceutical environments (preferred).
• Must be based in the Eastern United States.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
