What you will do
- Coordinate reader onboarding by managing contractual documentation, CVs, and financial disclosures.
- Manage reader availability, capacity, and scheduling in collaboration with physicians and project teams.
- Maintain and update reader credentials within Salesforce and other required systems.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure adherence to therapeutic and read processes.
- Support read management activities and audits conducted by sponsors or regulatory agencies.
- Assist in maintaining and updating departmental SOPs, work instructions, and QRGs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Project.
- Experience in clinical trials or pharmaceutical environments (preferred).
- Must be based in the Eastern United States.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
