TL;DR

Sales Administrative Associate (Insurance): Supporting the daily operations of the revenue function with an accent on administrative and data-management support. Focus on maintaining accurate client records, coordinating workflows, and ensuring timely execution of critical revenue activities.

Location: Hybrid (3-4 days in office) in Sparks, MD

Salary: $15.48 - $22.00 Hourly

What you will do

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and correspondence to ensure efficient communication across the revenue team.
  • Review and process new business submissions, ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM.
  • Maintain and update client account records throughout their full lifecycle.
  • Support Document of Payment (DOP) processing, including filing and tracking.
  • Process NDAs and new account records, ensuring internal system compliance.
  • Contribute to departmental projects, research, and operational reporting tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of administrative experience in a professional or business environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3-4 days in office) in Sparks, MD.
  • Strong organizational skills and professional communication abilities.
