What you will do

• Prepare board presentations, practice communications, and meeting minutes for ACO board meetings.
• Coordinate key events such as ACO retreats, kick-offs, and board meetings for providers and field teams.
• Design and implement financial reports and KPIs using business intelligence and CRM tools.
• Monitor compliance activities to ensure operational stability.
• Support the Market President and field team on special projects, data requests, and program reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 to 3 years of related professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States and comfortable working across US time zones.
