What you will do

• Define and maintain Azure reference architectures for secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS products.
• Lead system design, implementation, architecture reviews, code reviews, and production troubleshooting across hybrid systems.
• Partner with DevOps and platform teams to establish CI/CD, infrastructure as code, test automation, observability, reliability, and monitoring standards.
• Own engineering execution including sprint predictability, delivery timelines, and release quality.
• Oversee containerization, orchestration strategies, security frameworks, identity, access control, and policy management.
• Manage and develop a small cross-functional engineering team, conduct performance reviews, support career growth, and align with product roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on software engineering experience with significant focus on Azure-based architectures
• Minimum 5 years engineering team leadership and management in agile environment
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services, architecture patterns, cloud-native design, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Experience with modern development (C#, .NET), frontend frameworks, containers, orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, cloud security, identity management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience designing/operating cloud-native SaaS applications, recruiting, and owning architecture decisions.
